I know life is full of highs and lows. I have experienced many of the agonies that you also may be experiencing: feeling lost and alone in the world, the feeling of unspoken family traumas, moments when I felt my marriage would not survive, sitting at the bedside of a dying loved one or my baby hooked up to way too many tubes and wires, sleepless nights when I wondered how I would get my children to adulthood.

Life is messy. Relationships are hard.

Sometimes you need some help to make it through and to find clarity as you move forward.

I know that hope can be hard to find. Figuring out what is going on in your head or why you feel the way you do can be overwhelming.

You don't have to do it alone.

I will provide you with a space where you can speak the unspoken without being judged. I will walk beside you as you wrestle with how to make sense of your life or what to do next. I will share ideas and strategies to help you make the changes you want to make in your life-whether that is helping you figure out how to cope with what you're feeling, making sense of your thoughts and feelings, learning new strategies, or just understanding yourself better.
