Finding the right match with a counsellor is important. This is a free 30 minute consultation either by phone or in person where you are able to get to know me and decide if I am the right fit for you. 

Individual Counselling


Individual counselling provides you an opportunity to address the things that are causing you concern. Sessions are tailored to you. Individual counselling may be a fit for you if you like support with:

  • Trauma (including violence and abuse)

Couple's Counselling


No Relationship is perfect. Sometimes involving a neutral third party in working through challenges can be helpful. Couple's counselling may be a fit for you if you would like to work with your partner or loved one on:

  • Improving communication

  • Building trust

  • Navigating life transitions

  • Parenting concerns

  • Managing conflict

  • Increasing intimacy or connection

  • Dealing with infidelity

  • Preparing for marriage or long term commitment

  • Exploring changes to your "normal"

  • Preparing for parenthood


Child and Youth Counselling


Kids don't often communicate the way adults do. This can lead to confusion and frustration for them and for the adults in their lives. Your child may benefit from counselling if they seem to be struggling with:

  • Communication

  • Challenging behaviors

  • Risk Taking

  • Drug or alcohol use

  • Relationship challenges

  • Identity issues

  • Self-harming behaviors

  • Suicide Ideation

  • Depression or anxiety

Child and youth counselling is available for children over the age of 10.
